Today my husband and I adopted a couple cats! One's male and colored black (I named him Moonlight) while the other is female and is striped brown and white (she's named Sunshine). They get along real well, and Moonlight in particular is very playful. Sunshine's somewhat lazy, always curling herself up in the lap of either myself or my husband. ^_____^
Meanwhile, I'm looking forward to visiting my brother next Monday (it's just me going; my husband offered to stay behind with the cats). I'll be returning home on June 1st, with my next journal likely that night.

Yay! Finally hit 1,000 watchers! It's been stuck just under 1K for almost a full month now as watchers would come and go. Granted, not every one of those 1K watchers actively follows me, but thanks nevertheless! ^_______^ Meanwhile, I'm already hard at work on the next story, The Owl House: Double Destructive Date.

A court date of March 21st has been set to make official the divorce. I've already tendered my resignation from the T-Mobile store I work at to be effective the preceding day (March 20th). After our divorce is finalized by the judge, I'll be staying at a friend's place for a couple days before I make the drive with all my personal belongings (including of course Sunshine and Midnight) up north to near Daytona to reunite with my Mom and brother. It's been a wild but fun 11 years in Miami, but it'll be good to come back home. ^_______^
