Bigger Shade of Pink (dA exclusive!)

At the Angel Grove Youth Center, Trini watched and occasionally cheered on for Kimberly as she pulled off her moves on the balance beam. It normally would’ve felt strange for Trini to cheer her on considering it was only practice, but she had been anticipating to see the move that Kim had spent all week perfecting. She had done this move a few times, and has pulled it off successfully each time. Now she was going to show it off to her friends. Kimberly right now was doing her graceful walk across the beam as a warmup exercise. She looked gorgeous in her pink and white leotard (authors note: the same one she wore in day of the dumpster).

Jason and Tommy ran in the room and stood beside Trini.
”Hey, Trini. What’s up?” Jason asked.
”Ah, glad you guys could make it. Kimberly’s about to perform her double backflip with super spiral finish for us.” Trini said. Kimberly then walked to the very edge of the beam, then took a deep breath. She performed her first backflip with no problem, but then during her second flip, she landed on an angle and ended up falling off the beam and onto the mat below. Trini, Jason, and Tommy ran to Kim’s side to help her up.
“Kimberly! Are you alright?” Trini asked.
“Yeah… I’m just fine.” Kim said as she slowly got up, “(sigh) What happened? I was able to pull that move off every single time!” Kim said.
“Maybe you just felt pressured, because people were actually watching you pull off this move.” Jason said.
“I didn’t exactly feel pressured, Jason. It’s like the beam wasn’t big enough for my feet.” Kim said.
“Now, Kim. Don’t get discouraged. You can always try again.” Tommy said.
“Tommy’s right. If at first you don’t succeed, try again.” Trini said.
”Yeah… but still, I could’ve done better.” Kim said. Then, from the Juice Bar portion of the place, Bulk and Skull walked over to cause trouble as usual for our group of heroes.

“Awwww… the graceful one got a boo-boo.” Bulk said.
”Yeah! Hahahahaha! That had to hurt!” Skull said. Kim’s face then changed from one of depression to anger.
”Yeah, sure. You think it’s easy.” Kim said.
”This isn’t the time, Bulk and Skull.” Trini said.
”Oh yeah? I think now’s always a good time. Right, Skull?” Bulk said.
”Yeah! I bet Bulk could do a double handstand with, with…” Skull said.
”Whatever, numbskull. Perhaps I should show the graceful little one how it’s done!” Bulk said. Both punks laughed at that last mark, with Kim feeling like she wanted to blow up after a remark like that. Sadly, it was true. Kim was the shortest of the rangers, and she always wondered from time to time what it would be like to be taller and push them around for a change. Jason and Tommy then stepped up to the two.
”Why don’t you show us, Bulk?” Jason said.
”Yeah. Maybe she could take lessons from you.” Tommy said with a smile. Bulk and Skull looked at each other, and then back at the four good guys. Bulk them smiled.
“Hmmmm…yeah. Maybe I will. Now just you watch!” Bulk said as he walked for the balance beam.
“This I gotta see!” Trini said, holding back a giggle or two. Kimberly would’ve normally laughed too, but she couldn’t stop thinking about both failing to pull off the move and Bulk’s rather insidious comment on her being so short. It seemed this double whammy was what was putting her in a rather bad mood. Bulk, meanwhile, hopped onto the balance beam, but right away was having trouble keeping his balance. He stumbled all over the beam before finally landing on Skull. Jason, Trini, and Tommy all laughed at what they were seeing. Skull was struggling to get the large Bulk off himself.
”Hey, Bulk! Was that how the trick was supposed to go?” Skull asked.
“No, you numbskull!!! Sheesh…” Bulk said as he got up and walked out of the Youth Center, along with Skull behind him. Jason, Tommy, and Trini continued to laugh.
“What a move that was, huh?” Jason said.
”Yeah. I’d say they showed us a thing or two, right Kim?” Trini said.
”Um… right. Listen, guys, I have to go. I’ll see you later.” Kim said, grabbing a towel out of her sports bag and walking out in a hurry, not even bothering to put her street clothes and shoes back on. Tommy felt concerned for his best friend.
“You think she’s okay?” Tommy asked.
“Oh, don’t worry about Kim. I know her, she’ll bounce back.” Trini said.
”Yeah. There hasn’t been one indicant in the gym that I know of where she didn’t bounce back from adversity.” Jason said. The three teens then walked up to Ernie’s Juice Bar to get a drink as the day proceeded.

Meanwhile, on the Moon, Rita Repulsa and her cronies were watching all the events unfold from their evil base. Seeing Kimberly’s troubles gave Rita an idea. With her was her two bumbling assistants, Squatt and Baboo, along with her finest warriors, Goldar and Scorpina.
“Awww… poor Kimberly. It almost makes me feel bad that she’s having the trouble she’s having.” Rita said.
”Maybe we should cheer her up, my queen.” Squatt said.
“Yes. After all, we’ve done the same thing for the other rangers. Zack’s birthday, the Green Ranger…” Baboo said.
”I agree. It’s nice of you two to think of something so rotten for a change! Finster!” Rita said, referring to her monster creator. But Goldar had a better idea.
”My queen… every time we try this, our plans end in failure. You send a monster, they beat it up, you make it grow, and then they blow it up!” Goldar said.
“You babbling baboon! This time I cannot fail! I’ll make sure Finster creates a really good monster to finish off that pink ranger! Unless you’ve got a better idea!” Rita said. Goldar at first said nothing, but Scorpina then stepped in.
”Why not use your staff to make one of the Rangers grow?” Scorpina said.
”Huh? What!?!? Why in the name of all evil would I want to do something like that?” Rita said, almost feeling ticked over the idea. Goldar then added to Scorpina’s idea.
”She’s got a point, my queen. Your evil energy of the staff will surely turn the Ranger you choose evil as well, much like what it did to the green ranger. They'll become a giant, evil Ranger on a rampage, and do you think the Rangers will want to destroy one of their own?” Goldar said.
“Ah!!! That’s a brilliant idea! I’m glad I thought of that! Finster, never mind about that monster!” Rita said.
“I am glad you like the idea, my queen.” Goldar said.
”Actually, I said it first.” Scorpina said.
“But she gave me credit!” Goldar said.
”No, it was me!” Scorpina said. Before the two could argue any further, Rita stopped them.
”Enough, you two! Now to put my plan into motion… and I know just the ranger that will serve my plan well. Hahahaha!!!” Rita said, looking back into her telescope and focusing on Kimberly, who was walking out of the Youth Center, still in her leotard and without her shoes, but wearing a towel around her waist.
“Perfect, little Kimberly’s all by herself!” Rita said.
”I suggest we attack her with Putties first in order to get her fighting spirit up! The higher her fighting spirit, the easier it is for her to turn evil.” Goldar said.
“Yes, good point, Goldar. Send down the Putties at once!” Rita shouted.

Kimberly wiped the sweat from her hair away as she walked away from the place in frustration and towards the parking lot. But her day was only going to get worse when she looked down on her wrist, and then felt her behind, and realized two important items of hers were missing.
“Ugh… I forgot my communicator and morpher.” Kim said. She thought perhaps they fell out of her bag when she was picking it up to head outside. However, just as she turned around to head back inside and get it, Kim looked behind her to see a group of Putties materializing and looking like they’re ready to attack her. Kim’s bad mood suddenly became worse as she took off her towel and threw it to the ground.
“Okay… I am so not in the mood for this!” Kimberly said as she got into her fighting stance. One by one she started to fight the Putties until they couldn’t get up. She used her arsenal of acrobatic moves to outmaneuver the Putties and beat them easily.
“It figures Rita would want to tick me off more. I bet she has something planned.” Kimberly said.

Rita watched from above from her telescope as Kim had beaten all her Putties.
“Ah, excellent! She’s full of anger and none of the other rangers are around. Well, Kimberly, you aren't going to be little anymore.” Rita said.
”Alright… this will make up for my monster appearance while I’m gigantic.” Scorpina said.
“Easy for you to say.” Goldar said.
”Quiet, you two! Now, magic wand… make my Kimberly grow!!!” Rita shouted. She tossed her wand down to the Earth below, as she always does, and waited for the effects.

As Kimberly walked through the parking lot, she thought she must have been a little tired, as she could have sworn she saw Rita's wand land into the concrete behind her! She soon realized she wasn't sleepy, and turned around to see there it was. Kim gasped at the sight.
“Whoa… what is Rita doing throwing her wand around like that?” she said. As Kimberly walked towards it with curiosity, the wand glowed red and blasted her with its energy. She began to feel dizzy as the wand disappeared in front of her. Then, suddenly, she felt powerful.

Incredibly powerful. And she liked it.

With a sly smile, she watched as she began to grow bigger. Her bare feet spread across the parking lot, her legs became longer, and her body reached higher and higher into the air. The leotard grew with her, but the towel was long gone, leaving Kimberly in nothing but the leotard. It's not like she cared at this point, though- the power was filling her mind with evil thoughts, and she began to get caught up in the moment. She closed her eyes as her body became larger and larger, and she began to draw attention from everyone who was already outside the Youth Center. These people wasted no time and ran as fast as they could.

She finally stopped as she reached the same size as all of Rita's monsters. Finally, she opened her eyes and looked down. Way down. And smiled. It now seemed like the entire world was at her feet. Of course, that was a bit of an exaggeration considering she was as big as 300 feet tall. Still, she was big. And there was no questioning that. What Kimberly couldn’t notice was the pink glow in her eyes, a sign of someone under Rita’s control.
“Hahaha!!! Now I’ll show the city just what a little girl can do.” Kimberly said to herself. She then took her first giantess steps, with each step leaving behind a tremendous boom as well as cracks in the concrete from where each mighty step was taken.

Inside the Youth Center, it was chaos as the place shook nearly every second, no doubt from Kim’s gigantic rampage outside. Of course, the people inside thought it was from an earthquake, that is until they ran outside and learned the truth. After all, Kim was big enough to be seen by the entire city, no matter where in it she was. Jason, Tommy, and Trini could sense the trouble as well.
“Whoa… what’s going on?” Jason said as he looked around at the place shaking.
“It’s gotta be Rita. Who else would cause shakeups like this?” Trini said.
“Let’s go, guys!” Tommy said. The three teens then ran outside, keeping their footing as the shaking started to die down somewhat. The three then looked down to see Kimberly’s towel on the ground.
“This is the towel Kimberly had when she left.” Jason said.
“Yeah. But she’s obviously not here. Something must’ve happened to her.” Tommy said. Trini then looked out towards the city. And she gasped big time.
“Uh… guys. I found Kimberly.” Trini said, weakly. Jason and Tommy looked in the direction that Trini was pointing in, and they were floored as well when they saw the sight.
“Oh, man. This isn’t good.” Jason said.
“But how?” Tommy said.
“I don’t know. I wish I did know.” Trini said.
“Maybe Zordon knows.” Jason said. He then tapped a button on his wrist communicator.
“Zordon, do you read?” Jason asked.
”Yes, Jason. The three of you should teleport to the command center right away. Billy and Zack are already here.” Zordon said.
“We’re on our way.” Jason said. The three then tapped a series of buttons on their communicators and then were teleported away.

Meanwhile, deep in the city of Angel Grove, Kimberly was having a field day with just about everything around her. Most of the people of the city had done a good job avoiding being crushed by the giantess, but a few souls along with some buildings were not as fortunate as she occasionally slapped a piece of any given building off as it landed next to her city. Throughout this entire time, she kept an evil smile that tempted anyone that dared to look up at her.
As the evil thoughts continued to fill Kimberly's head, her mind suddenly turned back to what she had wanted to do even before Rita's energy had corrupted her. With another smile, she began to reach downwards with one of her mighty hands. Everyone parted ways as Kimberly reached and grabbed....Bulk and Skull.
"Ahhhhh!!! Help us!" Skull whined as they were brought upwards towards Kimberly's huge face.
"Mommy!" Bulk yelled as Kimberly looked down at them in her incredible hand.
"Well, well, well, looks like the tables have turned." Kimberly taunted them as she poked both of them with her other hand's index finger, "I'm the big one now, and I'm the one who's going to pick on the two of you."
"Please, we're sorry, just let us go!" Bulk begged.
"I'm afraid that's not an option." Kimberly taunted them, "You're going to come with me as I destroy this city, then I'll decide what I'm going to do with you." She then continued to walk around the city out of her own evil will while holding a hand out with Bulk and Skull sitting in fear.
“Next time, I’ll learn to keep my mouth shut!” Bulk said, referring to the time when she called Kimberly the little graceful one back at the Youth Center.

Meanwhile, at the Command Center, Jason, Tommy, and Trini had just appeared where Alpha 5, Zack, and Billy were all watching the events unfold from the viewing globe.
“Ayiyiyiyiyi! Kimberly’s reached new heights, and I don’t mean in a good way!” Alpha said.
“Billy… how could this have happened?” Trini asked.
“I don’t know. Human beings do not just expand at such a ratio.” Billy said. Tommy looked at her face, which had a sly smile at the sight of all these little people gathered below her incredible body, and then watched as her eyes glowed pink. Having been under Rita's control as well, he knew what the signs were, and glowing eyes were certainly one of them.
"It's Rita, you guys." Tommy said, "Her eyes are glowing, that's what mine were like too when Rita had me under her control."
“Man, I had a feeling Rita would be behind this.” Zack said.
“It seems Rita has filled Kimberly’s mind with evil, and has used her magic to enlarge her just as she would do with one of her monsters.” Zordon said.
“But why Kimberly?” Jason asked.
“It appears Rita’s plan was to make her evil and let her destroy the city, knowing that the Power Rangers would not turn on each other.” Zordon said.
“That definitely seems to be her intention.” Billy said.
”Rangers, I fear we have no choice but to stop Kimberly.” Zordon said.
“Zordon! How can we fight Kimberly? She’s one of us! Isn’t there a way we can break the spell she’s under?” Trini said.
“It would be easy if her communicator and her morpher had grown with her, but as it stands, it will be a tougher chore.” Zordon said.
“Ayiyiyiyiyi! Kimberly’s getting more destructive by the minute! She’ll destroy Angel Grove in less than an hour!” Alpha said, watching the viewing globe.
“Rangers, you must take the Megazord and stop Kimberly before it is too late.” Zordon said.
”But how are we going to form the Megazord? Kimberly doesn’t exactly need to call her zord now.” Billy asked.
”Don’t worry about that. I can remotely control all the zords from right here in the Command Center. I’ll make sure the Pterodactyl zord gets to you when it’s time to form the Megazord.” Alpha said. Zordon then looked at Tommy, who still had limited access to his powers as the green ranger because of just getting his powers back.
“Tommy, I would advise you to remain here and only use your powers in case the rangers need backup. You’ll help Alpha and I find a way to break Kimberly’s evil spell.” Zordon said.
“Good luck, guys. I’ll be standing by if you need help.” Tommy said.
“Alright then. It’s morphin’ time!” Jason shouted.

“Mastodon!” Zack shouted.
“Triceratops!” Billy shouted.
“Saber-tooth Tiger!” Trini shouted.
“Tyrannosaurus!” Jason shouted.

The four Power Rangers then appeared within the wreckage of Angel Grove. They looked up once again to see Kimberly having her fun.
“Alright, guys. Let’s do it!” Jason shouted.
”We need Dinozord power, now!” they all shouted at once. Then the zords started to appear, along with the Pterodactyl zord that was being remotely controlled from the Command Center. Then, all the zords came together to form the Megazord, which right away was switched into Megazord Battle Mode.
“Alright, guys! We gotta keep Kimberly from destroying more of the city until Zordon can find a way to break the spell.” Jason said to his fellow rangers as the Megazord started to walk into the city.

Bulk and Skull clinged for dear life on the gigantic fingers of Kimberly's right hand as the giantess continued to stomp her way through the city. She stopped as she reached the middle of a city where the tallest building only reached her chin, and most of them were chest-level. She smiled as she raised one foot and crushed an elevated train track like she had seen so many movie monsters do.
"Now I know why all these monsters are always attacking Angel Grove. It's so much fun!" she smiled.
"This part isn't fun for the monsters, Kimberly!" Kimberly turned around to spot the fully-formed Megazord standing across her. She smirked.
"Well, Well. The Power Rangers have come to stop the big bad Kimberly." she teased.
"Bulky! The Power Rangers!" Skull said as the two started to celebrate. Kimberly heard him and turned her eyes down towards the two tiny bullies clinging to her index finger.
"Oh, right, I still have you two." she grinned, "Here, catch!" She threw Bulk and Skull into the air, and they screamed as they plummeted towards the ground. The Megazord managed to outstretch its hand and catch them in time, but this gave Kimberly the opportunity to rear back and kick at its head with one of her massive bare feet. The Megazord got hit and a shower of sparks came from the spot as it took a couple steps back. Luckily, it held onto Bulk and Skull as it placed the two on the ground.
”You two! Get out of here while you still can!” Jason shouted from the cockpit. Bulk and Skull just nodded as they ran as fast as they could. The Megazord now focused its attention on Kimberly. Kimberly then threw a couple more punches at the Megazord’s chest, both hard hits. The rangers were very much surprised that Kimberly could pack this much of a punch.

“Man… she’s got some power moves!” Zack said.
”Rita’s magic must’ve amplified her strength to the point where she’s able to damage us.” Billy said.
“Hahaha!!! Are you rangers going to talk or are you going to fight?” Kimberly said.
“Kimberly, stop! You don’t know what you’re doing!” Jason said.
“Yeah, right!” Kimberly said. Just then, Kimberly looked on her right hand to see a pink light forming. It eventually was made out into her power bow, which she normally used as the pink ranger. Just then, Kim looked behind her to see Rita standing atop a building.
“Kimberly, my big friend! Use your power bow to defeat the Power Rangers once and for all!” Rita said, before she vanished.
”It will be my pleasure, Rita.” Kimberly said. She then turned back to look at the Megazord as she charged for it. She then proceeded to use her bow as a sword by swinging it at the Megazord, delivering blow by blow. By now, the two giants had made their way to the center of the city, which was usually wide open for gigantic battles like this. And luckily enough, all the people from this region have been evacuated.
“Kimberly! You gotta listen to me! Rita’s playing with your mind! You gotta fight back!” Jason said, again trying to reason with the GTS Kimberly.
”I don't want your puny help!" she spat. Then she jumped into the air and proceeded to stab the Megazord right in the chest. She quickly followed with a right hook swing as well as a punch to the face. The Megazord was taking quite a beating now, as evidenced by the damage as well as the smoke and sparks pouring out. The Rangers started to panic from inside.
“Jason! We gotta do something, or we won’t survive!” Trini said.
“I know… I wish I knew what!” Jason said, frustrated that he couldn’t think of an alternative way of reasoning with Kimberly. Fighting her was simply not an option. Rita laughed as her plan was working perfectly.
“Hahahaha!!! Just as I predicted! They wouldn’t even dare to attack one of their own team members! Now my Kimberly will finish them once and for all!” Rita shouted.

The Megazord decided to shoot a couple stun lasers at Kimberly, but she just backflipped out of harm’s way. She then rolled like the gymnast she is and made a big sweep at the Megazord’s feet. The powerful machine was then tripped up and sent down hard on the ground. Kimberly got up and could only laugh at seeing the Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers at her feet.
From inside the cockpit, the rangers were trying frantically to get back up.
”Billy! Are we still able to move?” Jason said.
”Negative, Jason. Our systems have been far too damaged! We’re sitting ducks!” Billy said. Everyone could hear the booming sounds of Kim’s feet as they progressively got louder. Soon, the view of the sky was replaced with the oversized Kimberly. Kimberly smirked down at the Megazord, stuck laying on its back, before walking over towards it. The Rangers watched as one of her incredible feet crashed into the ground next to the head, causing a minor earthquake.
"Well, Rangers, it looks like your lives are in my hands. I have you at my mercy now. You've got nowhere to run!" Kimberly taunted them as she laughed evilly as well. The Rangers were used to tough situations, but not like this. They literally feared for their lives as Kimberly prepared to finish them off.
"Now, how should I destroy you?" she wondered aloud. "Maybe I should just rise one of these huge feet of mine up and crush your cockpit in.” Kimberly rose her huge foot upwards, smirking down at them, before the Rangers' entire view was taken by the middle of the bare sole. They looked up at the sole covering their cockpit in fear as Kimberly continued to press down on it with greater and greater pressure. As a shower of sparks and smoke began to fill the cockpit, the rangers were hanging tough, trying to protect the Megazord in any way they can. But things were looking bleak as the gigantic Kimberly continued to exert great pressure on the downed zord.
"You can't hold for much longer, rangers! Why don't you escape so that you can live for just a little longer?" Kimberly said.
"Jason, we don't know how much longer this thing will hold together!" Billy shouted.
"We gotta hang in. Kimberly's life depends on it!" Jason said. Just then, an explosion ensued behind Kimberly as she felt something strike her. She ended up falling back, crushing a few buildings underneath her weight. She got up and looked to see the Dragonzord out in the distance.

"Alright, Tommy!" the rangers shouted in unison.
"Hey guys! I heard you were having some big problems with Kimberly, but this is serious stuff!" Tommy said.
"Tell us about it. But did you really just shoot Kimberly with your missiles?" Zack said.
"Don't worry, guys. It wasn't a direct hit. Just enough to throw her off balance." Tommy said.
Kimberly soon got back up, towering beside both zords once more.
"So... my one and only Tommy decides to put up a fight now. Oh, I'm sooooo excited." Kimberly said in a sarcastic manner. Tommy looked over to the downed Megazord.
"You guys get back to the command center. I'll try to hold off Kimberly for as long as I can." Tommy said.
"Right. And Tommy... be careful. Both yourself and Kim." Jason said.
"I will." Tommy said. Soon, the other rangers disappeared from sight, as did the Megazord as it teleported back to wherever it was that it was stored. It was now the giant Kimberly and the Dragonzord standing tall in the city.
"Ha! I may not have been able to get rid of the other rangers, but I'll be just as satisfied when I've defeated you!" Kimberly said. Tommy, by this point, had leapt out of the cockpit of his Dragonzord and was standing to the side where Kimberly wasn't paying any attention to.

Back at the Command Center, the rangers were feeling down that they had been beaten by one of their own rangers. Or at least, an evil gigantic version of the pink ranger. Some couldn’t bear to think of the sight anymore. Others were watching helplessly on the viewing globe as the Dragonzord and Kimberly fought their battle. Unfortunately, it didn’t seem as though the Dragonzord was having better luck.
“Man… this is serious stuff.” Zack said.
“Tell me about it. We’ve phased off challenges like this before in the past. But who would’ve thought Kimberly could actually beat us?” Trini said.
”Affirmative. I thought we had a chance to save her.” Billy said.
“Now, rangers. We can’t forget that Rita has her under her control. This is her doing, not Kimberly’s.” Jason said.
”Jason is right. And it is good that all of you were able to make it back here safely.” Zordon said.
“The Megazord took quite a beating, but at least automatic repairs will have it ready again soon.” Alpha said.
”Hopefully sooner than later, because it looks like Tommy needs all the help he can get.” Jason said, as he turned his attention back to the viewing globe.

A few minutes later, the Dragonzord also finally took enough hits to go down. Tommy tried getting it back up by playing his flute, but nothing was working.
“Oh, man! Come on, Dragonzord! Get up!” Tommy shouted. Kimberly looked down to notice the green ranger standing atop one of the buildings. She let loose with an evil smirk on her face.
“I wouldn’t worry about your precious Dragonzord, my Tommy!” Kimberly said. Tommy then looked to see Kim’s massive foot coming down towards him. He jumped out of the way, and instead took a hard landing down on the ground below, next to Kim’s big toe.
“Hahahaha! Not so tough now, are you, Tommy?” Kim said.
“Arrgh… Kim… think… about your friends… think about who you love... think about… the real… Kimberly!” Tommy said in between breaths. Kimberly wasn’t listening, though. She raised one foot in the air, obviously in an attempt to crush him for good. Suddenly, however, Tommy’s flute started to glow bright green. It then shot a series of bright green sparkles up into Kimberly’s face.
“What the… what’s this… I feel so strange…” Kimberly said as she tried to swat the sparkles away. She soon felt very tired, enough that she dropped her bow next to the Dragonzord. Kimberly soon collapsed backwards on the ground, her landing causing quite a shaking around the already heavily damaged city. Tommy then looked to see Kimberly collapsed on the ground. He walked over to close to her chest so he could feel her heart.

Rita watched all this unfold from her moon base, and was none too pleased.
“Arrrrgh… curses! That do-gooder Tommy just zapped Kimberly with his love energy! If she wakes up...” Rita said.
“Figures! It’s always love that has to conquer hate in the end!” Scorpina said.
”Speak for yourself!” Goldar said. Rita then looked right at the two fighters in the eyes.
“Blast it! You two! Get down there and stop those Power Rangers!

At the Command Center, the rangers had watched Kimberly getting blasted by that green energy that knocked her cold.
“Zordon… what was that?” Jason asked.
“I’m not sure, Jason. But it seems Tommy’s feelings for Kimberly were at such an extent that those feelings transformed into love energy, powerful enough to counter Rita’s mind spell.” Zordon said. Tommy then teleported back to the Command Center and appeared before his fellow rangers.
“Tommy, is Kimberly okay?” Zack said.
“She seems to be fine, I could hear her heart beating. She’s just fainted. The Dragonzord is back in the bay.” Tommy said.
“Whew… that’s the end of the giant Kimberly threat. As far as evil goes.” Trini said.
“Yes, but how can we reduce her back to normal size?” Billy asked.
“A simple teleportation to here in the Command Center would instantly bring her back to her normal size, since the molecules of her human body would have to be reset back to their normal state in order for the teleportation to properly work.” Zordon said.
“Rangers, here’s Kimberly’s morpher and communicator that I tracked down while all this was going on. Give this to her and have her teleport here when she awakens.” Alpha said.
“We’re on it.” Jason said. Suddenly, the alarm went off around the Command Center.
“Whoa… what now?” Zack said.
”Rangers, I’m afraid curing Kimberly will have to wait. Rita just sent Goldar and Scorpina, who are both right now in the Angel Grove Desert and heading quickly for the city.” Zordon said.
“You guys go. My powers are nearly depleted and need lots of time to recharge. I’ll look after Kimberly and deliver her belongings.” Tommy said.
“Jason, the Megazord has just been repaired. It’s only at 80% power, though.” Billy said.
“Let’s just hope that’s enough to beat Goldar and Scorpina. Back into action!” Jason said as all the rangers teleported away.

The Megazord entered the Angel Grove Desert, where giant versions of Goldar and Scorpina (in her monster form) had been waiting for it.
“Alright, Goldar and Scorpina! Let’s finish this once and for all!” Jason said from the cockpit.
“I intend to, Power Rangers! You shall pay for ruining my queen’s evil plans!” Goldar said.
“Yeah, especially when Kim looked so good at that size, compared to what I have to go through.” Scorpina said.
“Would you focus for a minute, Scorpina!?” Goldar said.
”Well, excuse me! I’m not the one with the appearance problems!” Scorpina said.
“Arrrrgh! Never mind! Let’s just get the rangers!” Goldar said. Then the battle started between the giants.

Meanwhile, back at the center of Angel Grove, Tommy, now unmorphed, was about the only person still interested in watching over the giant Kimberly, still fainted from earlier after her evil spell was broken by his green ranger powers. Eventually, after a while, Kimberly’s eyes started to open up. She looked around her to see the scene around herself.
“Kimberly!” Tommy shouted. He stood to Kimberly’s right as she finally looked to see him standing there.
“Tommy? Is that you?” Kimberly asked.
“In the flesh.” Tommy said, with a smile.
“What are you doing so small?” Kimberly asked.
“Actually, you should take a look around you.” Tommy said. Kimberly then looked around to see that all the other buildings in Angel Grove were smaller as well. That’s when it hit her. She was bigger! Kim almost gasped as she slowly sat up, being careful not to destroy anything as well as wiping the dust off her leotard. She then gently picked up Tommy and held him close to her face.
“But… but how? How did I get this big?” Kimberly said.
“Well, it’s a long story. But the short of it is that Rita made you that big.” Tommy said.
“Rita?” Kimberly said, “Oh… now I get it. The last thing I remember was defeating a bunch of Putties and then heading back inside the Youth Center to get my morpher and communicator. That’s when I saw Rita’s wand land right behind me. I was confused and was wondering what it was doing here since there was no monster. Then I got zapped… and that’s all I remember.” Kimberly said.
”Yeah. Then you whooped our zords up pretty good. Including the Dragonzord.” Tommy said.
“I did that?” Kimberly said.
“Yeah… and kinda trashed the city as well. But that was Rita’s doing. She carried out her wishes through you.” Tommy said.
”I know, Tommy. I still remember how you were influenced by her as well.” Kimberly said. Tommy smiled knowing that she fully understood what had happened.
“Where are the other rangers?” Kimberly asked.
“They’re in the desert, fighting Goldar and Scorpina with the repaired Megazord.” Tommy said.
“Really? They’re going to need my help!” Kimberly said. She then placed Tommy on the ground and slowly got up, picking up the nearby power bow that she had unwillingly used to trash the zords earlier. She had also taken back her morpher and communicator, which she carefully stuck into the lower part of her leotard for storage until the battle was over.
“Kim, wait! Are you sure you want to take them on!?” Tommy shouted.
“Tommy. I’m a big girl now. Can’t you see that?” Kim said. Tommy didn’t argue with her any longer as she slowly and carefully made her way out of the city and towards the desert.

In the desert, Goldar, Scorpina, and the Megazord continued their titantic battle. The Megazord was hanging in there, but not doing a whole lot as a result of the repairs.
“It’s no good, Jason! The Megazord is only at 80 percent. We might not be able to last against these two!” Billy said.
“We can’t give up, rangers! We gotta hang in!” Jason said. The other rangers nodded as they looked at the two villains again.
”Hahahaha! Not so tough now, are you?” Scorpina said.
”Our plans may not have worked out, but it will soon be the end of the Power Rangers!” Goldar said.
”Not so fast, Goldar!” a familiar voice shouted. Goldar and Scorpina looked and were stunned to see the giant Kimberly flying right at them. They were soon both hit by her bow, which Kim continued to treat as a sword. Both villains landed on the ground as Kim stood in front of the Megazord.
“Kimberly!?” the rangers shouted all at once. Kim then turned around and looked straight at the Megazord.
”Hey, guys. Isn’t the Megazord supposed to be a lot taller than me?” Kim said.
”We’re still working the bugs out.” Billy said. Kim couldn’t help but laugh at that remark.
”You guys ready to bust some bad guys?” Kim said.
”Yeah, now that’s the Kimberly I know of!” Trini said.
“We’ve got the advantage now, as agile and quick as she is!” Zack said.
”All right, rangers! Let’s show them what it’s all about! Power Sword!” Jason shouted. Then the power sword came flying from the sky and landed next to the Megazord, which picked it up right away.
“Arrrrgh! Get them, Scorpina!” Goldar said.
“You don’t have to tell me twice!” Scorpina shouted as she charged head on with the Megazord. Then the battle resumed once more, with the Megazord fighting Goldar and Kimberly fighting against Scorpina. Kimberly was able to show no fear and fight off Scorpina’s many attacks, though it was likely that Scorpina was underestimating the giant teenage girl.

The fighting had gone on for a few minutes, before Kimberly decided it was time to finish the two once and for all.
“Hey, guys! It’s time we finish them off for good!” Kimberly said.
“You’re right, Kim! Alright, guys, let’s power up!” Jason said. Then the Megazord held its sword high in the sky as it powered up with energy. Kim decided to hold her bow up close to the sword as well to help with extra power.
“Dang it, Goldar! We need to get out of here, now!” Scorpina said.
“Right! You rangers have not heard the last of us!” Goldar said, before the two took a couple steps back and vanished from the air. The Megazord and Kim’s attacks ended up hitting nothing but sky, but it was a sweet victory nevertheless.
“Yes! We did it!” Jason said. The other rangers celebrated from inside.
“Alright! Teamwork does it again.” Kimberly said. She then actually high-fived the Megazord’s hand and actually shook it!
“Whoa… hey, great job, Kimberly. You really came through this time.” Trini said.
”Glad I could help rangers. I’ll meet you back in the Command Center.” Kimberly said as she pulled out her communicator and morpher from the knee part of her leotard. She held it in her hand as she waited to be teleported by Zordon and friends.

On the Moon, Rita was upset that another one of her brilliant plans failed at the hands of the Power Rangers. In fact, one statement sums it all up:
”I’ve got such a headache!” Rita said.

Back at the Youth Center, all the teens were resting and relaxing at the Juice Bar, including Kimberly, who was back at her normal size thanks to a simple teleportation to the Command Center. She was wearing her street clothes now instead of her leotard.
“Wow… so you guys aren’t kidding? I was as big as Rita’s monsters?” Kimberly said.
“Yep. Lots of people were surprised at what they had seen, that’s for sure.” Billy said.
“Thank goodness the TV stations bought the Power Rangers’ story of the giant Kimberly being an evil clone of the real one created by evil forces from outer space.” Tommy said.
“I agree. We certainly avoided trouble there.” Jason said. Bulk and Skull then reappeared as they walked up to the Juice Bar.
“Ha! You’re not going to believe what Skull and I just went through!” Bulk said.
”Oh really?” Zack asked.
”Yeah! Hahahaha! Tell them… Bulk.” Skull said.
“It was simply incredible… some gigantic girl that looked like Kimberly had captured us, and was about to eat us!” Bulk said.
”Yeah, eat us!” Skull said.
“Until the Power Rangers saved us! Then we made sure that girl cowered in fear before the combined might of us and the rangers!” Bulk said. Kimberly cracked a giggle at that remark. Then she had a cute idea… she took the stool she was sitting on and slowly moved it behind Bulk and Skull as she slowly climbed up…
“I guess you two are lucky to even be here.” Trini said.
“Yeah. Hey Bulky… where is little Kimberly?” Skull said.
”I bet ya she was hiding inside her little home, after those space mutants cloned her like they said on TV.” Bulk said.
“Hi guys!” Kimberly said. The two bullies looked behind them to only see Kimberly’s feet and knees in front of them. They gazed up to see Kimberly towering above them. Of course, they had no idea she was really standing atop a stool.
“Bulky… I thought Kimberly was shorter than that.” Skull said.
“And she nearly creamed me when I said…” Then it hit Bulk, the time when GTS Kim nearly made mincemeat out of him. The two screamed and then ran as fast as they could for the door. Everyone laughed as Kim jumped down from the stool and back to ground level.
“Hey, Trini. What was Bulk saying about me being too short?” Kimberly asked.
“Oh, I don’t know, Kimberly. Who knows what he was thinking there!” Trini said as the rangers laughed together at those funny remarks. Then they went back to having their drinks as their normal day continued.
